For business leaders who are wanting to expand their understanding of how to build a business strategy or marketing strategy, Eileen Ashmore hosts workshops (or teleconferences) on building successful business and marketing strategies.

Join Eileen Ashmore, MBA (speaker bio), President of E.M. ASHMORE & ASSOCIATES INC. for these workshops. Our goal is to present and have you evaluate business and marketing strategies to increase and perhaps even accelerate your company's growth.

Each session is includes an overview of the strategy followed by discussion and application as it relates to your firm. We discuss the 'how, when & why' of the strategy to determine if it will provide the most leverage for your company.

These sessions are more like strategy sessions than information sessions so that Executive Teams can preview, discuss and evaluate new business strategies or marketing strategies prior to deploying resources to do so.

Things you can do in a teleconference that you cannot do with classroom / lecture type learning:

• You don't have to leave your office (no commuting, parking, etc)
• You can do other things while listening, without distracting others (if you have a speaker phone, set it to "Mute" )
• You can leave/pause for other urgent business in your office
• You receive a 1 page debrief on each session for later reference and review
